WHO WE ARE
Julie Fowler Ministries (JFM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping individuals and churches with faith-based tools to effectively minister to those experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss.
Julie and her husband, Scott, have walked the long, dark road of infertility, miscarriage, and infant loss. (You can read their story here). In the midst of their difficult journey, God prompted Julie to share the divine comfort and eternal hope she experienced by writing an in-depth Bible study for those dealing with this specific grief.
What began as a small group of women seeking comfort amid infertility and miscarriage, led to a rapidly expanding ministry with both men and women’s groups forming in her home church, city, and all across the country.
After 20+ years, JFM is proud to announce that these resources are freshly updated, published and available for individual or group use.
In addition to the new studies and leader guides, JFM’s goal is to partner with those wanting to lead groups or start infertility and miscarriage ministries. Through regular Zoom calls, newsletters, this website, and personal support, leaders can build community with other leaders, receive training, ask questions, and find encouragement to serve others.
Since 1 in 4 couples experience infertility and loss, gospel-centered support from those who care and understand can make all the difference.

JULIE FOWLER, FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

DR. SUZANNE CALLAWAY, PT, DPT , SECRETARY
Suzanne serves on the board of Julie Fowler Ministries with a heart deeply shaped by her own experience with recurrent miscarriage. She is passionate about sharing gospel-centered hope with couples walking the rocky road of infertility and pregnancy loss. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and private practice owner, Suzanne brings a strong healthcare background and offers thoughtful perspective on navigating the complex intersection of medicine and faith amid infertility. She currently supports the ministry’s mission primarily through creative design, curriculum editing, event planning, and marketing.

PAUL RITTER, TREASURER
Paul earned his business degree from Southern Methodist University and spent his career as an entrepreneur before retiring. Most recently, he served as President of Royal Oaks Country Club, where he led with both vision and integrity.
Paul has been a longtime member of Watermark Community Church in Dallas, where he and his wife, Julie, have faithfully served in a variety of ministries over the years. With infertility being part of their story, they have partnered alongside Julie Fowler in ministry for nearly two decades, hosting Treasures in the Waiting groups in their home, leading the study (wife, Julie), and offering steady support.
Paul is the proud father of three daughters—triplets—who are one of his greatest joys. He treasures time with his family and brings that same heart for people, faithfulness, and relational investment to everything he does.

MEREDITH HALL, BOARD MEMBER
Meredith Hall is honored to serve on the board of Julie Fowler Ministries, a ministry that has played a significant role in her own faith journey. During a season marked by a difficult medical diagnosis and uncertainty about growing her family, Julie Fowler Ministries became a source of deep peace and encouragement. The Lord used this ministry to help Meredith and her husband trust His heart and rest in His goodness, even when His plans were unclear. Meredith and her husband, John, have been married for 28 years and are grateful for their three sons.
Meredith graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She most recently served as the Nursing Director at Thrive Women’s Clinic, where she performed sonography and had the privilege of caring for women and families during some of life’s most meaningful yet challenging times as they navigate unexpected pregnancies.
It is a joy for Meredith to now serve and support a ministry that leads others to the same hope, freedom, and peace in Christ that has so deeply shaped her life.

SCOTT FOWLER, BOARD MEMBER
Scott Fowler has spent his professional career in commercial real estate and is a co-founder and principal of Mainspring Advisors, a Dallas-based capital markets advisory firm serving real estate developers and investors. A native of Oklahoma, Scott earned his degree in Finance from the University of Tulsa and has lived in Dallas since the early 1990s.
Scott and Julie have been married for 29 years. Having walked alongside Julie through their own infertility and miscarriage journey, Scott has supported her ministry calling from its earliest days, including the development of the original curriculum and her leadership in the ministry at Watermark Community Church for over 25 years. He is grateful for the privilege of now serving alongside her in Julie Fowler Ministries.
Scott and Julie have three adult children. Outside of work and ministry, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, especially in the mountains and anywhere the weather is cool.
Here at JFM, we hope to help both women and men experience the care and comfort of God as they walk through a season of infertility, miscarriage or repeat loss. Through the difficult “valley” seasons, God is at work. He sees and cares for you tenderly, and He will not waste any season of loss.
For the couples who are currently walking through deep, difficult, trials: know that God sees and cares for you. His Word comforts, provides purpose, and confirms your true identity.
We have personally walked this difficult road, yet we testify to the unwavering faithfulness of God. As you team with us, we will point you toward the unfailing care of God and the ultimate truth of His Word.
